  • If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

7. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Please read it before you buy. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a short video.

  • Jewellery and accessories should be kept away from perfume, chemicals, and excess water, and stored in a dry place.
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, water exposure (unless the product is water-resistant), or improper care is not covered.
